Who We Are
Founded in 1977 in San Antonio, Texas, Rolltechs Specialty Vehicles has built a strong reputation as a leading manufacturer of highly specialized vehicles. Our legacy includes decades of experience designing and producing purpose-built solutions such as police and fire command units, military communication vehicles, high-end food Commercial kitchens, custom trailers and trucks for a wide range of industries.
We are a NHTSA-approved trailer manufacturer, licensed used vehicle dealer, and a licensed upfitter. We are part of a family of companies with more than 50 years of combined operational experience. Our facility is 78,000 sq ft sitting on a 10 acre campus. We are proud to serve First responders, municipalities, state agencies, defense contractors, and private-sector clients. Our vehicles have been delivered to more than 30 countries worldwide.
In 2016, the company entered a new chapter when it was restructured and renamed Rolltechs Specialty Vehicles, LLC. Today, we operate as a privately held Texas Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Inopex Management Services. Our overall corporate structure is well funded for large projects.

What We Do
At Rolltechs, we partner with governments, municipalities, defense organizations, and commercial clients to design and manufacture custom specialty vehicles tailored to their exact needs. Our core strength lies in seamlessly integrating advanced technology into mobile platforms, ensuring each vehicle performs reliably in demanding, real-world environments.
While our manufacturing operations are centralized in Texas, our reach is global, with approximately 30% of our business serving international customers. We also collaborate closely with our sister company, Enoven Industries in Sacramento, California, which focuses on utility-driven vehicles such as dump trucks, snow plows, and crane-equipped service trucks.
